TERMS: Orders under $200; Full payment at time of order. Orders over $200; ½ down at order, balance at pickup/delivery. Down payment refunds are non-refundable once design process is started. We offer a 3% discount for orders over $200 that are paid in full at time of order.

TURNAROUND TIME: Normal turnaround is 7-10 business days on screen printing and embroidery under 24 pcs. 7-14 days on offset printing, embroidery over 24 pcs. Rush orders are possible within reason and are subjectto rush order pricing.

TAX: All sales in Texas, subject to 8.25% sales tax unless a copy of a valid resale certificate is supplied.

ARTWORK: If you do not have art work, we will provide up to 1 hour of art time free of charge. After the first hour a $50/hr artwork rate will apply. If you have your own art, it is encouraged to provide the best copy possible.

ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS: Vector graphics: Corel Draw (.CDR) Adobe Illustrator (.AI), .EPS, .PDF or any editable vector based program. All text should be converted to curves, and colors should be set up as spot colors. We can convert to spot colors as needed for a nominal charge. Raster Graphics: Corel Photopaint (.CPT), Adobe Photoshop (.PSD). These files need to be at least 200 dpi at full print size, including layers to retain edibility. JPEG's, TIF's BMP's and other raster files are acceptable, provided the file is at least 200 dpi at full print size. A color separation charge may apply to raster based images. Low-quality bitmap images (web images, online design previews, etc.) and Microsoft Word documents may applicable to a nominal art charge. Powerpoint or Excel files are not accepted.

PROOFS: It is strongly encouraged to receive a set of proofs, either in store or via email. Typographical errors are corrected at no charge. Aesthetic changes are subject to the hourly art rate. Emailed proofs are in secured .pdf format. Customer may receive the password for the file after all artwork charges are paid. All designs are the intellectual property of Suburban Screen printing, any misuse will be prosecuted.

CONTRACT PRINTING: If you are a reseller, we are more than happy to print or embroider your garments. Please contact us regarding minimums, art requirements, turnaround and pricing.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED GARMENTS: There is a minimum of 48 pieces for end-use customers who wish to provide their own garments for screen printing. There is a screen setup charge of $10 per color. It is encouraged to provide extra blanks for misprints. You will be returned any unused blanks, if desired, otherwise all provided blanks will be printed and billed. There is no minimum for customer supplied garments for embroidery or heat applied vinyl. We reserve the right to refuse to embellish any garments in which we do not feel will withstand the process(es) reqiured.

RETURNS: We strive for quality, but occasionally mistakes happen. Defective or misprinted garments may be returned within 5 business days for refund or replacement garments. All defective garments must be present unworn and unwashed to receive refund, and are subject to approval. Orders over 100 pcs. are subject to a spoilage rate of 3%, or 3 pieces, whichever is greater.

RE-ORDERS: Re-orders are subject to pricing for quantity of re-order, not pricing for original order. Re-orders under 12 pcs. are also subject to less than minimum charge of $10 per print color. Orders deemed to be inappropriate or in bad taste may be disapproved.
